This is the first in what we hope to be many in a new feature we are introducing called Blu-Ray round up! Every month one of the editors will bring you information and recommendations on the latest and greatest Blu-Ray movies! So, lets get started!

1. Paul

Paul is the latest film to come out of the brains of superb comedic duo Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. Without spoiling the film for you, Paul is the story of two friends who share a love of Sci-fi movies and aliens. The take a trip to comic con in San Diego and decide to tour Americas UFO Hotspots but events take an extra terrestrial turn when they run into Paul, the rude, alcoholic, weed smoking alien. Paul is one of the best films I’ve seen in a very long time and I highly recommend it to fans of comedy and sci-fi alike.

2. Jackass 3

Ok, so this is not exactly the newest release, but if you’re in the mood for side splitting laughter then this is the movie for you. As with any jackass movie, it’s just a bunch of awesome people hurting themselves and doing daredevil things for the entertainment of the people. Considering Ryan Dunn (Co-star in Jackass) has recently died, this film is a great way to pay tribute to Ryan.

3. True Grit

I feel quite the hypocrite writing a roundup on this movie because I actually haven’t seen it myself, but the reason I have selected this for the final Blu-Ray in our roundup is because I’ve had immense amounts of recommendations from people for me to watch this film! It’s also the most sold on many websites and in stores so it’s going in. If you love westerns, and powerful story lines then True Grit is the film for you.
