Sony has today confirmed that Twisted Metal will be hitting UK shelves on February 17th 2012. Originally planned for a late 2011 release the game was delayed for polish and last minute fixes. Although many people believe it may have had something to do with the all ready swamped line up that was September to December of last year.

Sony also confirmed that people who buy the game on release day will also receive a downloadable code for Twisted Metal Black. A PS2 game that was released back in 2001.
