The weekly sales figures for the UK have come in and the PS Vita has started it’s life very well. Vita games dominated the UK chart with Uncharted: Golden Abyss taking the top spot

It was also announced the the Wi-Fi only version of the Vita was considerably strong, 79% of all Vita sales were the Wi-Fi version.

Uncharted Golden Abyss and Fifa Football entered the UK chart at number 1 and 2 respectively and together accounted for half of the sales units.

Rayman Origins thankfully moved up to number 5 which is great as its a under appreciated gem.  Wipeout 2048 didn’t sell as well as Uncharted but entered 11th in the chart.

The biggest launch that wasnt associated with the PS Vita was that of EA’s Syndicate which entered the chart at number 7.
