Rockstar Games have announced a special bonus for fans who pre-order Max Payne 3 before April 15th.

Anyone who pre orders Max Payne 3 before April 15th will get exclusive early access to the Pill Bottle at game launch. The Pill Bottle is a multiplayer loadout item which allows gamers to carry more health-reviving painkillers which will help a lot when trying to survive in the online world of the game.
