Activision has launched the new website for Call of Duty Black Ops 2. The website confirms a number of things, including the release date. The game will be available on PS3 from November 13th 2012.
The website has also annoucned what players can expect from the next instalment:
“Pushing the boundaries of what fans have come to expect from the record-setting entertainment franchise, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 propels players into a near future, 21st Century Cold War, where technology and weapons have converged to create a new generation of warfare.”
A link for the first trailer was also released on Call of Duty’s YouTube channel,but at the moment the video is private. However expect that to change after the debut trailer has aired on US TV tonight.
There have also been some new and interesting screenshots that have just appeared on allgamesbeta so head on over there to check them out. They appear to show a futuristic Los Angeles being totally ravaged by futuristic Quadrotor attack drones.
