Square Enix have slapped a March 5th 2013 release date on it’s reboot of the Tomb Raider series. The game was originally scheduled to release in Q4 this year but was delayed in order to “make sure we fully deliver the very highest quality game.”

Square have also released a new trailer for the game which above all shows lots of new gameplay footage. The trailer appears to show the brutal world that Lara most overcome in order to survive.

It’s sad that the game won’t be releasing later this year but lets hope the delay allows the develops to create and add polish to the one of the most exciting Tomb Raider entries in years.
