A blog post just posted to the European PlayStation Blog containing simply a video and a link to a site, where you can submit your email to be notified as soon as information is available, hints to a possible PlayStation 4 reveal at an event on the 20th of February.

This video comes after Irish Video Gaming website The Gaming Liberty posted on Facebook earlier this link on the US PlayStation website;  http://us.playstation.com/ps4/ which just redirects to the US homepage but is a sign that SCE web developers are preparing the site for a next-gen console reveal.
