A Sony PlayStation executive has apologised to fans of the Last Guardian for the games no show during the PS4 reveal the other night.

The Last Guardian has been hit with numerous delays of the last couple of years. Enough that people now believe it to be a PS4 title and no longer a PS3 game. Others however feel the game has been canned, although Sony has rubbished those reports.

Speaking to Kotkau Shuhei Yoshida head of Sony’s game studio division said:

“I apologise to people who are waiting for the game, Ueda-san posted that he’s still working on it, that he’s creative-directing it and that the team in the Japan studios are working hard.”

“We are waiting for the right time to re-introduce The Last Guardian.”
