Bungie, long time developer of the Halo franchise for XBox surprised us all last night with the announcement that their new MMO, Destiny, will be getting Beta access first and exclusively on the PlayStation 4 on 17th July. This is great news for PlayStation owners as the game is looking incredible.

The get into the Beta you simply need to preorder your copy of Destiny at selected retailers, of which we believe include Gamestop, Smyth’s, and Xtra-Vision.

Also announced was a new PlayStation 4 bundle for Destiny which includes a slick looking white PS4 console.
